Give or Take · last updated August 2, 2026

Give or Take is a free daily estimation game. You can play the entire game — including every day's questions — without creating an account, and without giving us your name, email address, or any other personal information.

What we store

When you play, we store:

Your day-to-day progress, settings, and streak are stored locally in your browser (using localStorage) and never leave your device except for the daily score total, which is sent to our server so it can appear on the leaderboard.

What we don't collect

We don't ask for your email, phone number, or real name. We don't use tracking cookies, we don't run advertising of any kind, and we never sell or share data with third parties for marketing.

Hosting and analytics

The game runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers, and a D1 database for the leaderboard). We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service, to see aggregate traffic patterns like page views and load times — it does not track you individually or collect personal information.

Children's privacy

Give or Take is a general-audience trivia and estimation game and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, since the game doesn't require any personal information to play.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the game after a change means you accept the updated policy.
